Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging sales training programs for NEXA sales consultants.
- Coach and mentor teams to enhance product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques.
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions to ensure consistent performance.
- Monitor training effectiveness and support achievement of sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Identify skill gaps and implement development plans to improve team capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to NEXA standards, processes, and customer experience guidelines.
- Collaborate with sales managers to drive productivity and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in sales training, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
- Ability to motivate teams and foster a high-performance culture.
- Proficiency in MS Office and training tools.
