Job Description: Junior Architect cum 3D Visualizer
Location: Office-based (Inex Builders and Developers)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect cum 3D Visualizer. The primary focus of this role is to transform conceptual ideas into detailed 2D plans and high-quality 3D visualizations. You will work closely with our Design Coordinator to deliver aesthetically pleasing and functional architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- 2D Drafting: Develop detailed floor plans, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to standards.
- 3D Visualization: Create high-quality 3D exterior and interior renderings and walkthroughs that bring projects to life for clients.
- Design Development: Assist in developing architectural concepts and interior design themes based on client requirements.
- Coordination: Collaborate with the design team to make necessary revisions and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Documentation: Maintain and organize all digital design files and project documentation effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray, Lumion, or Revit.
- Strong understanding of spatial planning, aesthetics, and materials.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects within the stipulated timeline.
