Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate with the design, social media, and content teams to create engaging marketing assets.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and optimize strategies for better ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotional activities.
- Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and external partners.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and brand management.
- Experience with campaign planning and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
