We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 3D Product Animator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, expertise in conceptualizing within the 3D space, and proficiency in using design software such as Blender and Autodesk 3Ds Max. You should be capable of translating conceptual ideas into detailed visualizations and possess a deep understanding of materials, modelling, and lighting.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D product animations for marketing campaigns, social media, and digital platforms.
- Develop visually engaging product reveal and hero animations aligned with the Ledflex brand identity.
- Produce motion content that effectively showcases product features, materials, and lighting details.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams from concept development through final delivery.
- Handle the complete 3D workflow including modelling, lighting, texturing, animation, rendering, and compositing.
- Ensure high standards in animation quality, camera movement, timing, easing, and visual storytelling.
- Optimize renders and maintain efficient production workflows for timely project delivery.
- Support the creation of content for product launches, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Review and refine animations based on internal feedback while maintaining brand consistency.
- Stay updated with industry trends, rendering techniques, and animation workflows.
- Develop mood boards, storyboards, and visual concepts aligned with Ledflex brand identity and campaign goals.
- Plan animation sequences, camera movements, and visual storytelling for product reveals and motion content.
- Maintain high-end visual aesthetics across animations through consistent lighting, materials, motion language, and branding standards.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in Blender across the full 3D production pipeline.
- Strong understanding of product animation and visualization workflows.
- Knowledge of lighting, materials, rendering, and camera composition.
- Strong animation fundamentals including:
- Ability to create visually polished product reveal animations and motion content.
- Good understanding of render optimization and scene management.
