Wisdom Overseas Education is a leading overseas education consultancy helping students achieve their dreams of studying abroad. We are looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-focused Study Visa Counsellor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study opportunities in countries such as the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Malta, Greece, Mauritius, and Europe.
- Understand students' academic profiles and recommend suitable courses and universities.
- Guide students through the complete admission and visa application process.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Confident, well-groomed, and professional in appearance.
- Strong sales and counselling skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in study visa counselling is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
