Captain – F&B Service (Premium Resort, Munnar)
Job Summary:
Responsible for providing high-quality service, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction while managing assigned sections efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take accurate food & beverage orders and ensure timely service
- Maintain strong menu knowledge and guide guests with recommendations
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- Take responsibility for service areas during shifts
- Ensure cleanliness, table setup, and service standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and support junior staff
Skills Required:
- Good communication and order-taking skills
- Strong menu knowledge
- Responsible and able to handle shifts independently
- Guest-focused with problem-solving ability
Experience:
- 2–4 years in F&B service (hotel/resort preferred)
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month
