About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team for a UK-based e-commerce platform. The role involves supporting buyers and sellers through calls, chats, and emails, ensuring they have a smooth and professional experience while using the platform.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, quick to understand customer queries, and able to provide clear and helpful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, live chat, and emails.
Support both sellers and buyers with platform-related questions.
Guide users through basic processes such as account setup, order queries, product listings, payments, delivery updates, and general platform usage.
Follow up with customers and sellers where required.
Record and update customer interactions accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful tone at all times.
Identify repeated issues and share feedback with the team to improve the platform experience.
Requirements
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable handling calls, chats, and emails.
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms or online marketplaces is preferred.
Ability to explain things clearly and patiently.
Good problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM or support tools.
Should be organised, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Able to work in a UK shift.
Preferred Skills
Previous experience in customer support, seller support, buyer support, e-commerce support, or marketplace support.
Experience using tools like CRM, live chat, email support systems, or order management platforms.
Understanding of online orders, sellers, product listings, payments, and delivery-related queries.

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
