Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and enthusiastic sales executive to join our cosmetic division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products through direct customer interactions in the store as well as telecalling and follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend products based on their skin type, preferences, and concerns.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Generate new sales through outbound customer calls and promotional campaigns.
- Explain product features, benefits, offers, and usage to customers.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up schedules.
- Ensure attractive product display and cleanliness of the cosmetic section.
- Assist in inventory management, stock checking, and replenishment.
- Process billing and coordinate with the cashier when required.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in promotional activities, product launches, and sales events.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer interaction records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or related fields.
Experience
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in cosmetic retail, skincare, beauty products, telecalling, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
