Job Title: Holiday Cruise Sales Expert
Location: Gurugram(Udyog Vihar Phase 4)
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA + Incentives
Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Year
Industry Preference: Luxury | Travel | Hospitality | Airlines
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for cruise holiday packages.
- Explain cabin categories, itineraries, pricing, and onboard experiences to customers.
- Identify customer preferences and recommend suitable cruise packages.
- Upsell premium cabins, dining experiences, spa services, and other onboard amenities.
- Follow up with leads and ensure smooth booking conversions.
- Maintain customer records and sales updates in CRM systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while handling high-end clientele.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Business, or Marketing preferred.
