Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.
- Handle client onboarding and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and other internal teams.
- Track client performance, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and repeat business.
- Maintain regular client communication and prepare basic reports.
Preferred: Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably MBA in Logistics/Supply Chain, with good communication and relationship-management skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
