About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Real Estate or Co-working industry, with a strong ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brokers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase available properties or workspace solutions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial real estate or co-working solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain an updated CRM database and prepare sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in business networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Prior experience in Real Estate, Commercial Leasing, Co-working Spaces, or Property Consulting is mandatory.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship management abilities.
- Good understanding of commercial real estate and co-working business models.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in commercial real estate leasing or managed office/co-working solutions.
- Existing network of corporate clients, brokers, or channel partners will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
