Key Responsibilities
- Source and headhunt candidates across roles and levels
- Conduct market mapping and build talent pipelines
- Engage candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and direct outreach
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment trackers
Candidate Profile
- 0–2 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with Excel, trackers, LinkedIn, and job portals
- Interest in research, headhunting, and talent networking
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working remotely
