Job Role: Sales & Marketing Executive
We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our Payroll & Business Software solutions market presence across Puducherry & Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, promoting ERP & Payroll solutions, and achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and market research
- Identify potential clients among Companies, Factories, SMEs, and Business Organizations
- Conduct product demonstrations of Payroll & ERP Software solutions
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable software solutions
- Convert prospects into customers and achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Follow up with leads and maintain sales pipeline updates
- Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM activities
- Coordinate with Implementation and Support teams for smooth customer onboarding
- Participate in marketing activities, client meetings, and promotional campaigns
Eligibility
- Any Degree / MBA (Marketing Preferred)
- 1–2 Years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Software Sales / B2B Field Sales preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Two-wheeler & Driving License mandatory
- Willingness to travel for client visits
Salary & Benefits (Puducherry Market Standard)
Fixed Salary:
₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
