Skinheal Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Assistant Doctor (BAMS) with 2 to 5 years of clinical experience to join our clinic in Pune, Maharashtra. In this role, you will work closely with senior doctors, conduct patient consultations, manage treatment protocols, and ensure seamless patient care in accordance with established clinical SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Consultations & Clinical Examinations: Conduct initial consultations, assessments, and detailed physical examinations.
- Diagnosis & Treatment Planning: Assist in diagnosis and execute customized treatment plans per approved clinical protocols.
- Patient Counseling: Educate and counsel patients regarding treatment plans, dietary modifications, lifestyle guidance, and regular follow-ups.
- Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, prescriptions, clinical notes, and patient charts.
- Patient Care & Progress Tracking: Monitor patient progress over treatment cycles while upholding medical ethics, dignity, and strict confidentiality.
- Protocol Adherence: Maintain high hygiene, safety, and clinical standards aligned with Skinheal Solutions' established SOPs.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with senior doctors, clinic staff, counselors, and pharmacy personnel for smooth daily clinical workflow.
- Outreach Programs: Participate in teleconsultations, medical camps, awareness drives, and branch activities as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS degree required).
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of active clinical practice (Experience in clinical dermatology, cosmetology, or hair care is highly preferred).
- Registration: Valid registration with the State Council of Indian Medicine (MCIM) or Central Council.
- Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Key Competencies: Excellent diagnostic skills, professional patient counseling ability, and meticulous record-keeping.
