Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible E-commerce Executive to manage our Amazon seller account and daily operations. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, and customer support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Upload and manage product listings on Amazon
- Update product details, prices, and images
- Process and monitor daily orders
- Coordinate with packing and dispatch team
- Manage inventory and update stock levels
- Respond to customer queries and messages
- Handle returns, refunds, and complaints
- Maintain basic sales and order reports
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Experience in Amazon or e-commerce is preferred
- Freshers can also apply
Work Details:
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
- Working Days: 6 days per week
