Position Overview
QA/QC Engineer role based in Bangalore, with preference for candidates from Coimbatore, Salem, Madurai, Theni, Erode, or Thoothukudi. Ideal for professionals with 3-5 years of experience ensuring product and process quality in construction, manufacturing, or related sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections, tests, and audits on materials, processes, and finished products to verify compliance with standards like ISO, ASTM, or industry-specific norms.
- Prepare and review QA/QC documentation, including test reports, non-conformance records, and corrective action plans.
- Coordinate with production teams, clients, and contractors to resolve quality issues and monitor project schedules.
- Implement quality control systems such as APQP, PPAP, SPC, and MSA for ongoing improvements.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 15 years of hands-on experience in QA/QC, preferably in construction projects involving civil works, textiles, or manufacturing.
