Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) – B2B to expand our global agent network and drive international student recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, managing agent relationships, and contributing to business growth across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage education agents and international partners
- Build and maintain strong B2B relationships to ensure consistent business flow
- Drive student recruitment and achieve revenue targets
- Train and guide agents on university processes, admission requirements, and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth application processing and student journey
- Monitor agent performance and implement strategies to optimize output
- Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and performance reviews with partners
- Explore new markets and opportunities for business expansion
What We’re Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in overseas education / B2B sales
- Existing network of education agents (preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships
- Willingness to travel (if required)
