- Front Desk Operations: Welcome guests warmly, handle check-ins and check-outs, issue room keys, and manage the front desk area efficiently.
- Reservations & Bookings: Create, modify, and manage room reservations.
- Guest Services: Respond to inquiries about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and amenities to ensure a pleasant stay.
- Administrative Support: Handle, sort, and distribute mail/deliveries; manage emails and phone calls.
- Financial & Record Keeping: Process payments, process invoices, balance cash drawers, and maintain accurate records of bookings.
- Coordination & Communication: Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and security to ensure guest satisfaction and room readiness.
- Safety & Security: Follow security protocols, monitor visitor access, and maintain guest logs.
- Office Maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
Skills and Qualifications
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to resolve complaints and provide excellent service.
- Digital Literacy: Proven ability to operate Windows or macOS environments and learn new software quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle phone calls, guest queries, and administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Experience: Prior experience in hotel or resort hospitality is often preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
