Retail Store Executive – Job Description
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).
- Basic knowledge of computers and billing software is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Perform billing and handle cash/card/UPI transactions.
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are properly stocked.
- Keep the store clean and organized.
- Check inventory and report stock shortages to the store manager.
- Support promotional activities and achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Follow company policies and maintain discipline at the workplace.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
