The Recruiter is responsible to plan and execute on the company’s Recruitment strategy including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating & attracting great talent, across all levels including Leadership positions. The person must demonstrate ownership, responsibility & accountability to deliver quality results, on time. It is imperative that the individual has immaculate communication skills in English – spoken & written.
1. Be able to source right, screen right, interview right & position right all candidates who fit our requirements.
2. Plan & implement best in class hiring practices to include candidate experience, interviewer effectiveness & follow-up with stakeholders towards win-win closures.
3. Monitor, track, report progress of hiring status on a pre-defined period to relevant stakeholders.
4. Be responsible & accountable for hiring metrics – Turn around time, throughput, aging etc.
5. Establish clear hiring process flow that starts from the requisition till joining followed by induction & onboarding.
6. Maintain & publish MIS reports that demonstrate hiring efficiency.
1. Hands on experience in planning & executing recruitment workflows.
2. Use technology solutions to streamline recruitment efforts & outcomes.
1. 2 - 4 years’ overall work experience.
2. People with proven experience and expertise of delivering results in a recruitment agency will be preferred.
3. Must be tech savvy to deploy, implement & execute HR tech solutions as a way of operations.
4. Must have expertise in hiring for Sales & BD teams – B2B.
5. Must be proficient in engaging with leadership candidates, and position both the job and company positively.
6. MBA in HR (full time) from a premium institute is a necessity.
7. Immaculate in English language – Spoken & written.
8. Proficient in MS Office Suite – minimum intermediary level in Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
9. High energy, ability to energize, creative & learning mindset.
10. Result orientation, Speed of execution, Quality outcomes, People centric mindset is mandatory.
