Implementation Specialist – RenalOS

About the Role
Responsible for implementing RenalOS across dialysis centres, training clinical staff, supporting centre go-live and ensuring smooth adoption of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure RenalOS at dialysis centres and validate patient data.
- Train dialysis technicians, nurses and centre staff on the platform and workflows.
- Provide on-ground support during implementation and post-go-live.
- Coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot connectivity and system issues.
- Monitor platform adoption, alerts and clinical workflows.
- Gather centre feedback and escalate technical or clinical issues.
- Ensure standardised RenalOS protocols and proper documentation.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Health Informatics, Healthcare Management, Digital Health, Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in health-tech implementation, clinical operations or hospital digital systems. Freshers with relevant internships/projects may also be considered.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Comfortable with apps, tablets, dashboards and basic troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of clinical/dialysis workflows.
- Willingness to travel extensively to partner centres.
- Comfortable working in a clinical/dialysis-centre environment.
Pay: ₹301,856.52 - ₹1,004,820.04 per year
