Job Summary
Fuelup Trucks is looking for a motivated and confident Freight Sales Executive to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business by contacting shippers and customers across the United States and Canada through phone calls and emails. The primary objective is to secure freight shipments and build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to shippers and logistics companies in the USA and Canada.
- Send professional emails to potential and existing clients.
- Generate new freight business and secure shipment opportunities for the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up on leads and negotiate shipment opportunities.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Confidence in cold calling and email communication.
- Basic knowledge of freight brokerage, trucking, or logistics is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email applications.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience in freight brokerage, logistics, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
