About the Role
Credent Asset Management is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Equity Research Analyst to join our investment research team.
The ideal candidate is has knowledge on the workings of India capital markets and strong hold of relevant AI tools. You will work closely with senior analysts and portfolio managers, contributing directly to the firm's investment research process.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fundamental company and sector research reports
- Analyse financials, build and maintain Excel-based financial models
- Conduct macroeconomic and market analysis to support investment decisions
- Use financial data platforms (Screener etc.) to source and filter
- Leverage AI tools to improve research speed, summarisation, and output quality
Candidate RequirementsEssential
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in equity research, capital markets, or a related finance role (internship experience counts)
- Basic working knowledge of Indian capital markets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or similar) for research and productivity
- Strong analytical and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure
- Pursuing or completed CFA (any level) or CA (Inter / Final) will have added advantage
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
