Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in industrial marketing, preferably in the electrical, transformer, switchgear, or power equipment industry. The candidate will support business development, generate leads, maintain customer relationships, and promote the company's CT/PT transformer products to OEMs, EPC contractors, utilities, consultants, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market CT/PT transformers and related electrical products.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, and engineering teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and assist in order conversion.
- Conduct market research to identify customer requirements, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Visit customers, consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and distributors for business development.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, technical seminars, and customer meetings.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing and sales activity reports.
- Support the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and after-sales coordination.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of CT/PT transformers, electrical equipment, or power distribution products.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing or sales of electrical products, transformers, switchgear, cables, or industrial equipment.

Salary: As per company standards and experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
