We are seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Associate to drive our pre-sales pipeline. In this role, you will engage prospective buyers, qualify their real estate requirements, and secure concrete site-visit commitments. This is a strictly office-based position; all physical property tours will be managed and executed by our dedicated on-site field team.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement: Conduct targeted outbound calls to prospective buyers from verified company databases.
- Consultative Pitching: Effectively communicate project value propositions, premium USPs, and pricing structures to generate high-intent interest.
- Appointment Scheduling: Secure confirmed commitments for physical site visits from qualified prospects.
- Internal Coordination: Seamlessly transition scheduled prospects to the On-Site Relationship team for property walkthroughs.
- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversion metrics within the CRM.
