Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oil & Gas Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across upstream, midstream, and downstream projects. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing experience in EPC, refinery, offshore, onshore, shutdown, and maintenance projects, along with expertise in bulk hiring and overseas/GCC recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates for Oil & Gas positions including engineers, technicians, welders, operators, riggers, supervisors, QA/QC, HSE, and project staff.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and field recruitment drives to identify talent.
- Conduct resume screening, telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, trade tests, mobilization, visa processing, and deployment activities.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and vendor/sub-agent networks.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and project timelines.
- Maintain recruitment MIS reports, trackers, and candidate databases.
- Ensure compliance with client documentation and recruitment procedures.
- Support bulk hiring for shutdowns, construction, refinery, and maintenance projects.
- Develop relationships with technical institutes, training centers, and manpower suppliers.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Oil & Gas industry roles and terminology.
- Experience in EPC, Offshore, Onshore, Petrochemical, or Refinery hiring.
- Knowledge of GCC/Middle East recruitment processes is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions under tight deadlines.
- Strong networking and stakeholder management abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in Oil & Gas or EPC industry.
- Experience in bulk hiring and technical recruitment preferred.
