Job Description: -· Expert CNC/VMC Programming: - for CNC/VMC programming on Fanuc Control systems.·
Develop high-efficiency programs using Macro to handle family-of-parts. (Added advantage if having exp. CNC, VMC with robotics)·
Implement error-proofing (Poka-Yoke) within programs to prevent machine crashes.· Production Planning & Control (PPC), ERP/SAP for real-time production tracking, material issuance, and inventory control· Manage shop floor workflows, manpower allocation, and machine load balancing.·
Monitor and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) to meet targets.· Tooling & Cost Optimization.
Drive a cost reduction in tooling spend through rigorous tool-life monitoring and Cost-per-Edge analysis.·
Tool Life, Cycle Time, and Cost Per Part to ensure maximum output.· Quality & Compliance: -100% adherence to IATF 16949 and ISO-9001 standards.· Handle technical documentation for APQP and PPAP for new component development, expertise in GD&T & Core tools. Contact 8146711166
