Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have hands-on exposure to social media management, content creation, and campaign execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
- Create engaging and relevant content including posts, captions, creatives, and short videos
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation
- Schedule and publish posts using social media tools
- Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely manner
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign ideas and brand consistency
Key Requirements:
- Fresher / Internship experience or up to 1 year in social media marketing
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
- Basic understanding of content creation, reels, and visual storytelling
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of paid campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Understanding of analytics tools and reporting
- Knowledge of hashtags, SEO basics, and content optimization
