Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive to join our growing corporate gifting and printing team. In this role, you will handle end-to-end design requirements for print media and corporate branding products. Additionally, you will drive our brand’s digital presence by creating engaging social media content, editing videos of completed projects, and managing promotions across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic & Print Designing
- Design professional Corporate ID Cards, customized Certificates, and branding Stickers.
- Create visually compelling multi-page layouts for Brochures and product catalogs.
- Set up print-ready files with accurate dimensions, bleed lines, and color profiles (CMYK).
- Coordinate closely with the print production team to ensure design quality matches the final output.
2. Social Media Marketing & Content Creation
- Shoot and edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) showcasing finished client products.
- Manage and publish regular posts on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute creative strategies to promote our corporate gifting and printing services online.
- Write engaging captions and perform hashtag research to maximize organic reach and lead generation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Software Expertise: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW (preferred for printing).
- Video Editing: Proficiency in mobile or desktop video editors like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or InShot to create smooth reels/shorts.
- Print Knowledge: Strong understanding of typography, alignment, and layouts required for physical printing.
- Social Media Savvy: Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms and trends.
- Communication: Ability to write clean, professional captions in English and Hindi.
