Job Summary
Meadbery is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Data Entry Cum Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to handle both data entry and telecalling responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer data accurately in the system.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding products, services, and appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with team members and submit daily work reports.
- Achieve daily calling and data entry targets.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred).
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month (based on experience).
