Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on Interview Performance & Experience)
Job Summary
Lucknow Builders is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Interior Designer with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in residential and commercial interior design. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in space planning, 2D/3D designing, client coordination, and site execution, with the ability to deliver functional and aesthetically appealing interior spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Design residential and commercial interior spaces.
- Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Develop space planning, furniture layouts, and design concepts.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and present design solutions.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Select interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
Required Skills
- Interior Design & Space Planning
- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar design software
- 2D Drafting & 3D Visualization
- Knowledge of Interior Materials & Finishes
- Furniture Planning
- Site Supervision & Project Coordination
- Client Handling & Communication
- Photoshop and MS Office (Preferred)
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Interior Design.
- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects will be preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing completed interior design projects will be preferred.
- Willingness to visit project sites as required.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
