National Apprenticeship Training Scheme is a program where Volvo India engages freshly graduated individuals for year-long apprenticeships, providing them with practical training and skill development opportunities across various functions within Financial Services. This program serves as a structured approach to building a strong talent pipeline by preparing future workforce members.
As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee in the Warranty & Service function, you will gain hands-on exposure to warranty operations, service processes, dealer support, and data analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support warranty claim validation, reporting, and performance monitoring, contributing to continuous business improvement.

Conduct daily quality checks of warranty claims

Validate goodwill claims in accordance with the Authorization Directive

Review and validate service claims

Analyze warranty data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Prepare warranty finance reports and support reconciliation activities with dealers

Provide system-related support to dealers

Prepare documentation and reports for warranty reviews

Monitor machine uptime and service performance metrics

Develop and track warranty dashboards and KPIs

Support preparation of training and competency development materials
Fresher – BBA / B.Com - Only 2024 or 2025 pass outs only

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Ability to analyze data and prepare reports

Good presentation and documentation skills

Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills

Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage

Gain knowledge of Volvo products and end-to-end service lifecycle, including warranty processes

Understand machine maintenance practices and preventive maintenance requirements

Learn warranty cost reporting processes and basic finance concepts
