Primary Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning
To be a part of the Strategy team in order to identify, evaluate and implement new lucrative business propositions (new product/ service /market). To be responsible for new service conceptualization To design team goals and ensure the attainment of the same. To ensure development and implementation of Service & Brand related strategies as per objectives agreed with management and navigate strategy from time to time in response to changing internal/ external business context.
2. Sales & Marketing
To achieve 100% organizational sales targets for the year and build a robust biz pipelineTo work on business diversification such as Corporate, Retail, Education and High End Residential industry.Responsible for business development across PAN India locations. To deploy suitable market research tools to gauge the business landscape and competitor activities, client requirement etc., to gain the competitive edge. Participate in creating an annual sales plan in tandem with leadership team. Communicate the sales plan to all levels within the team. Be part of the ‘Project Team’ at pitching stage and endeavor to bring the interaction to a positive closure.
3. Delivery/Operations
Understanding the client’s requirements and ensure the same is understood accurately by consultants and the designs sent by consultants are in tandem with the brief.To implement company systems, processes and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall operations and enhance operational efficiency.To review client-wise weekly project report to assess adherence to the SLA & efficiency & to take suitable corrective/ preventive steps. To review client-wise resource allocation & utilization & take efficiency enhancement measures.
4. Client Relationship Management
To ensure that client requirements are captured, understood, agreed and delivered in a manner which creates positive client perception by engaging in constant expectation setting with client organization at all levels required. To ensure that the client feels involved and engaged throughout the designing and execution process thereby feeling that they are getting what they desire.
Budget responsibilities
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
