We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executive who can build strong online communities, create engaging content, increase organic reach, and help clients grow their digital presence across multiple social media platforms.
Job Summary
The Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executive will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing social media strategies for multiple clients and in-house brands. The candidate should have a creative mindset, knowledge of current social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to increase engagement and brand awareness organically.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Threads, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Handle multiple client social media accounts.
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
- Schedule daily, weekly, and monthly posts.
Content Planning
- Create monthly content calendars.
- Plan promotional campaigns.
- Develop festival, trending, educational, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with Graphic Designers and Video Editors.
Content Writing
- Write engaging captions.
- Research relevant hashtags.
- Prepare social media copy.
- Create CTA-based content.
- Write engaging stories and reels descriptions.
Organic Growth
- Increase followers organically.
- Improve engagement rate.
- Increase profile reach.
- Build brand awareness.
- Community engagement.
- Respond to comments and messages.
Creative Strategy
- Generate new content ideas.
- Analyze competitors.
- Suggest trending reel ideas.
- Work on influencer collaborations.
- Create viral content strategies.
Client Communication
- Understand client requirements.
- Collect monthly content approvals.
- Provide campaign updates.
- Maintain client satisfaction.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track social media performance.
- Analyze reach, impressions, engagement, clicks, and followers.
- Prepare monthly reports.
