Position: Sales Manager
Experience: 5–10 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in domestic and export markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and B2B clients.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
- Coordinate with marketing and production teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, or wellness industry sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in distributor management and business development.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
