- Team Leadership & Scheduling: Manage the daily workflow, assign tasks, and supervise lab technicians, assistants, and researchers.
- Quality Control (QC) & Compliance: Establish and enforce strict QC protocols to ensure test results and data are highly accurate. Maintain compliance with local safety and regulatory standards (e.g., NABL guidelines in India or general health and environmental regulations).
- Equipment Maintenance: Schedule routine calibrations, preventative maintenance, and repairs to keep complex laboratory equipment in optimal working condition.
- Inventory & Budgeting: Oversee the procurement of reagents, chemicals, and supplies. Maintain inventory control systems to avoid shortages while staying within the allocated lab budget.
- Data & Records Management: Maintain accurate lab documentation, equipment logs, and data records. Handle reporting of findings or diagnostic results to relevant stakeholders, physicians, or department heads.
- Safety Enforcement: Ensure a secure and safe laboratory environment by conducting safety training, overseeing hazardous waste disposal, and enforcing the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
