About Us
Hasamwala Design Consultants (HDC) is a growing architectural and design consultancy involved in Architectural Design, Interior Design, Municipal Liaising, Working Drawings, 3D Visualization, and Project Coordination. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect / Architectural Draftsman to join our team and grow with the company.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare Architectural Working Drawings and Municipal Submission Drawings.
- Develop detailed plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Assist in preparation of presentation drawings and design development.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities when required.
- Prepare area statements, documentation, and project reports.
- Assist in site measurements and site coordination.
- Support senior architects in ongoing projects.
- Ensure drawings comply with local building regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Diploma in Architecture, Draftsmanship, Civil Engineering, or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- 0–3 years of experience in Architecture or Drafting.
- Freshers with strong software skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Photoshop, or Revit will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of building construction and municipal regulations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Strong drafting and detailing abilities.
- Knowledge of DCPR regulations and municipal submissions.
- Experience in residential, commercial, and interior projects.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
