Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Surat. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, promoting travel packages, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through calls, references, social media, and other sources.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about packages, pricing, and services.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and customized travel packages as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the operations and visa teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain customer and sales records in CRM/software.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up on payments and booking confirmations.
- Stay updated with travel destinations, packages, and market trends.
- Participate in sales activities, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Gujarati, Hindi, and English communication skills preferred.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can apply.
- Candidates with experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or sales will be preferred.
Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
