B.Tech/ B.E./ MBA Candidates with excellent leadership qualities, oral and written communication skills, team management skills, project management skills and interpersonal skills with a good grasp of database and programming concepts. Knowledge of workflow management and documentation skills a must. Candidates must have 3 to 4 years of experience in managing projects and teams. Should be familiar with PHP, ASP, CGI-Perl, MySQL, MS-SQL2000, Oracle 8i, 9i, XML, .NET technologies, Photoshop, Flash, DreamWeaver, HTML and FTP.
