About the Role
YAAN Enterprises is seeking a skilled and motivated ELV Technician to install, configure, test, and maintain Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in security systems, networking, and structured cabling, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV Surveillance Systems.
- Install and configure Biometric Attendance Systems.
- Install and commission Access Control Systems.
- Install and maintain Video Door Phone (VDP) systems.
- Install and test Fire Alarm Systems.
- Perform structured cabling (Cat6, Fiber Optic, etc.).
- Install and configure network switches, routers, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Troubleshoot and resolve faults in ELV systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and service visits.
- Prepare installation reports and service documentation.
- Coordinate with customers and project teams to ensure timely completion of work.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards during site work.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Biometric, and Fire Alarm systems.
- Basic networking knowledge (IP Addressing, Switches, Routers).
- Experience in Cat6 and Fiber Optic cabling.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and installation layouts.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for field assignments.
Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in ELV, CCTV, Networking, or Security Systems.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are also welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, or similar products.
- Knowledge of structured cabling standards.
- Basic understanding of networking and IP-based systems.
