Reports to: Project Manager | Engagement: Full-time,; immediate availability preferred
Role purpose: Designs and delivers multi-wave, role-based training programmes for government system rollouts: train-the-trainer, repeated user cohorts, refreshers, and go-live floor support.
Key responsibilities:
▪ Build training environments with realistic scenario datasets.
▪ Deliver administrator train-the-trainer programmes and repeated cohorts per user role, with pre-go-live refreshers.
▪ Run post-session assessments, attendance and competency sign-off, and training closure reporting.
Qualifications & certifications: Training/instructional-design certification advantageous; excellent presenter
Experience & languages: 6+ years training delivery for government system rollouts
Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
