Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Construction/Real Estate

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, budgeting, billing, and contract administration for residential real estate projects. The candidate will ensure cost control, accurate quantity take-offs, and financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates for residential projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis based on drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and control project costs.
- Verify contractor bills, subcontractor payments, and material reconciliation.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and procurement teams.
- Evaluate variations, change orders, and prepare comparative statements.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
- Maintain project cost reports and MIS updates for management.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost estimation.
- Experience in residential real estate construction projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software (AutoCAD knowledge preferred).
- Understanding of contracts, billing processes, and vendor management.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- B. E / B. Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- JP Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
