We’re Hiring: ETS Head – Delhi NCR | Profit Centre Leadership Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented leader to head our Employee Transportation Services (ETS) operations for the Delhi NCR region.
This is a Profit Centre Head role, requiring strong business acumen, operational excellence, and team leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive P&L ownership for Delhi NCR region
Ensure client-wise profitability as per onboarding benchmarks
Deliver operational excellence across all service lines
Manage vendor ecosystem efficiently with strong governance
Handle client interactions & escalations with a solution-driven approach
Ensure timely adherence to post-operational processes
Oversee Client MIS, billing & invoice management
Manage Vendor MIS & invoicing cycles
Ensure timely collections & receivables management
Focus on month-on-month revenue growth across clients
Maintain 100% compliance adherence (statutory & operational)
Lead and develop high-performing teams
Drive manpower optimization & cost efficiency
Oversee induction & training programs for staff and drivers
Implement Driver Rewards & Recognition programs to enhance engagement
What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience in transportation / logistics / fleet operations
Proven track record in handling large-scale operations & P&L
Excellent stakeholder management & leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
