Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Lead Structural Engineer role based in Hyderabad, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The Lead Structural Engineer will oversee the structural design & Execution of large scale warehouses , Cold storage projects, including framing systems, foundations, and specialized support structures for temperature-controlled environments. Daily responsibilities include performing structural analysis and calculations, preparing and reviewing detailed drawings and models in CAD, and ensuring designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety requirements. The role involves coordinating closely with civil, architectural, MEP, and project management teams, as well as supporting site teams with technical guidance during construction and addressing design-related issues. The Lead Structural Engineer will also review vendor drawings, participate in design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to optimizing designs for cost, constructability, and long-term performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering background, with demonstrated experience leading design for industrial or storage facilities.
- Proficiency in Structural Analysis and engineering Calculations for PEB Engineer, steel and concrete structures, including load assessment and code compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing and reviewing structural drawings and models.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a master’s degree or relevant specialization is an advantage.
- Knowledge of applicable building codes, design standards, and best practices for industrial/cold storage structures.
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and providing technical guidance to junior engineers or drafters.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior exposure to cold storage, warehouses, or industrial infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
