About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and curious Product Development Intern who is eager to begin their career. This 3-month internship is ideal for individuals who want hands-on exposure to how online products are planned, designed, developed, and continuously improved. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to support the development of impactful learning products. Outstanding interns may be considered for a full-time role upon successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing user feedback, product usage data, and improvement opportunities
- Support the creation and documentation of product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications
- Help maintain and organize product backlogs, roadmaps, and sprint plans
- Coordinate with design and development teams to support feature development and enhancements
- Participate in product testing, bug tracking, and quality checks before releases
- Help document workflows, product updates, and internal processes
- Track feature adoption and product performance metrics
- Participate in team discussions, sprint reviews, and product brainstorming sessions
Requirements:
- Recent graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Genuine interest in product development, user experience, and problem-solving
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
