Location: Koperkhairne
Salary: 20000to 25000 (salary will be depend upon interview)
The Company
Navona Food Solutions Pvt Ltd is a frozen foods manufacturing company based in Koperkhairne, Navi Mumbai. We manufacture a range of frozen pizzas, croissants, cakes, cookies, breads, muffins, desserts, and more. Our main client base is Hotels, Restaurants, and Caterers.
We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive who can manage our staff of 250+ people on the factory floor. The HR Executive in the manufacturing industry is responsible for overseeing the human resources operations, implementing strategic HR programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, and redundancy.
- Nurture a positive working environment and culture within the organization.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Collaborate with management on policies and procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of HR experience, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
