Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services to potential clients.
- Convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation (preferred but not mandatory).
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives (depending on experience)
Schedule:

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
