1. Site Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
2. Project Planning & Execution
- Assist in planning construction schedules.
- Ensure work progress matches the project timeline.
- Allocate labor, equipment, and materials efficiently.
- Identify and solve site problems or delays.
3. Quality Control
- Ensure construction follows quality standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and testing of materials (concrete, steel, soil, etc.).
- Maintain quality control documentation.
- Verify structural dimensions and alignment.
4. Site Measurements & Surveying
- Take site measurements and levels.
- Check layout and setting-out of structures using survey instruments.
- Confirm that foundations, columns, and beams are correctly positioned.
5. Safety Management ⚠
- Implement site safety procedures.
- Ensure workers use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Conduct safety meetings and hazard assessments.
- Prevent accidents and maintain safe working conditions.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily progress reports.
- Maintain site records, logs, and inspection reports.
- Record material usage and work progress.
- Report updates to project managers or senior engineers.
7. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and consultants.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors for materials.
- Attend site meetings and project reviews.

Pay: ₹9,898.48 - ₹32,826.04 per month
