- Responsible for organizing, controlling and increasing the Operational efficiency of the workshop.
- Responsible for the improvement of operational efficiency through establishment and religious monitoring of workshop processes.
- Responsible for development of individuals to establish efficient, proactive high-performance culture amongst after-sales staff.
- Responsible for infrastructure upkeep through maintenance and calibration of tools and equipment
- Responsible for optimum utilization of resources like bays and manpower by monitoring the efficiency.
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling service quality by identification of process flaws and for taking necessary actions.
- Focus on using best business practice to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity.
