Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Pharmacy Counter Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with purchasing medicines, handle billing, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the pharmacy counter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
- Candidate should have the knowledge of salts of medicines.
- He/ She should know how to read he prescription.
- Dispense medicines as per prescription under pharmacist supervision
- Handle billing, cash, and digital payments accurately
- Maintain stock levels and ensure proper arrangement of medicines
- Check expiry dates and remove outdated products
- Answer customer queries regarding basic medicines and healthcare products
- Keep the counter and store clean and organized
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Pharmacy-related experience preferred)
- Prior experience in a medical store or pharmacy is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of medicines and healthcare products
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends
Salary: Rs. 12,000 - 25,000 (Monthly)
